“We travel with a big family there were 4 family's one couple, two couples with one kid, me and my wife with our two kids, 12 total. From the time we walked through the door until the time we locked the door to leave it alway's felt wide open with plenty of room. The layout and decor made us feel like we were at home. We rented the house, but really went to Havasu to enjoy the river and lake for four days. We ended up only going to the river one day and stayed at the house enjoying the bar, pool table, pool, and jacuzzi, basically we spent the whole time in the back yard. We loved it so much we actually booked it for an extra night. Matt was awesome texted me back right away when ever we had a question or needed help. You have private access to house, backyard and garage along with all amenities during your stay. For your privacy, our backyard is fully enclosed. You can access Paso Place any time with our secure, keyless entry.

WELCOME GUIDEBOOK
You will receive a digital welcome guidebook once you book that contains all the house information you will need. We also include recommendations for food, drinks and activities.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am.

PARKING
Our driveway can comfortably fit up to 4 cars. Boat parking on street or RV parking side of the home.

SWIMMING POOL
Children must be monitored in and near our pool at all times. And young children must wear swim diapers. No diving is allowed, and please don’t touch the pool equipment. You are welcome to heat the swimming pool for an additional $150 per night. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to do so.

QUIET HOURS
Thank you for observing quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. This ensures the peace of the neighborhood and our standing as courteous neighbors.

SMOKING
To keep Paso Place fresh and clean for all, smoking is not permitted inside the house. If smoke is detected, a $1000 fee will be applied to your reservation. You can, however, smoke in our uncovered backyard space.

EXTERIOR CAMERAS- For your security and ours, the property has 5 outdoor cameras. These are located on the driveway, entry way and east side of the home on the RV parking area.

Absolutely no firearems or weapons allowed inside the property.
